We have a wonderful team of part time Play Workers including: Andrea, Carla, Andreas, Christian, Becky, Miriam, Rukshi and Shabana, Shirin, Paris, Sahar. The vast majority of our team members live in the neighbourhood that we serve and all share a real passion for children’s work and community development.

BDCA takes safeguarding very seriously and we want to do everything in our power to protect the wellbeing of the people who access our services. Our charity’s designated Safeguarding Officer is Angie Allgood. Angie has worked for BDCA since 2008 and is a qualified Social Worker with extensive experience in child protection.
