We have a wonderful team of part time Play Workers including: Andrea, Carla, Andreas, Christian, Becky, Miriam, Rukshi and Shabana, Shirin, Paris, Sahar. The vast majority of our team members live in the neighbourhood that we serve and all share a real passion for children’s work and community development.

BDCA takes safeguarding very seriously and we want to do everything in our power to protect the wellbeing of the people who access our services. If you are looking for a rewarding volunteering role to boost your employability and develop your practical childcare skills, we may be able to offer you a volunteer placement at our after school club.
